I had a question on Raspberry Pi Model B+ power supply requirement. Is it okay if I use a power adapter that has an output voltage of 5V and a current of 3A? Thanks in advance!!!

That should work fine, the power supply operates a constant-voltage (5V) which is required by the connected device. The current is variable and the rating on label is of a maximum output (3 Amps). Current draw can be of a lower amount depending on power requirements of the main board plus peripherals. So, your supply can function as a 5V, 2A unit too.
