Just an example of the Fill patch with tangent command. Not of G2 surface continuity 'A' class quality, but under the hood or of everything other than high mirror gloss finish, perfectly adaquate but that's your decision and not mine to make.
If attempting this, be aware it takes a some practice to get proficient at surface modelling.
