Again,not looking for answers, though they are welcomed; just a list of things that I wish for in DSM.
- I wish that the orientation cube widget (bottom left of the model area) looked and behaved more like this:
Its a small change to the on-screen graphic; would take no more screen real estate, and the oprientation behaviour I envisage is almost exactly like the Snap tool behaviour (as used in the above demo) excpet that it would only reorientate, not take it upon itself to also adjust the zoom. (Which BTW would make the existing Snap tool far more useful and usable. )
- Also, the rotation ring around the orientation cube would be much more useful if it gave an on screen display of the degrees rotated (relative to the pre-move position.0
