I had an issues with the mesh tool in version 5 however in version 6 the mesh tool does some strange things. Ive used it several times with no issues. This tool i'm designing for my 3D printer. On one side i used the mesh tool to creat a solid to blend two surfaces along the set peramiters. Converted the mess to a solid and then combined it with the object. when i repeated the whole process on the other side the solid object would not combine.
I tried to put a plain in to cut the first piece off. It would not cut along the plain.
