The standard STL quality is too low for round shapes. I increased the STL export quality and its much better...the filesize is also in my case not the problem but could be for other projects? So that is perhaps the case the defaults settings are not fine for 3D printing? Does anybody have experience with it?
Perhaps the STL export could be optimized as the smaller upper half circle is too detailed now (was fine before) and the lower larger edge is on a detailed level that is fine only now. So Designspark should have also a lower boundary for creating details that are not necessary in real live...
