When routing a trace, the software should assume I want to stay on the current layer unless I hit the L key to change layers.
a. When I click to add a corner, it should not pop up and ask if I want to add a via just because there is something there on another layer.
b. When I start a route at a via or a through-hole, the software should draw on the previously selected layer - not choose a layer on its own.
