Here at DesignSpark, we love to share engineering stories on how products and technology can be used to good effect, typically around product applications and industrial integration.
Remap - Making things possible
However, sometimes the story needs to focus on the engineers and the work that they do. The phrase unsung hero is commonly used to describe people who are out of the limelight but ensure that all is taken care off and things happen. We at DesignSpark would like to highlight a special group of engineers who are true heroes in every sense. They have two things in common, the first is they use their engineering skills to help people and second, they belong to a UK based charity called Remap.
Watch our interview with Remap to discover the work they do and how engineers are changing the lives of people with disabilities.
