hi all! i am trying since hours to get a pcb-mounted DB-25 connector into my Schematic design view. Unable to: download a D25.PSL file (there is a D9 in the default library, but i cannot figur out how to make it 25 pins), find a component using the Library loader and integrate it (the app shows that there are 6000+ components found , but when i click 'Next' the same results as on previous page are shown - apart from none of them having this green 'download and use' symbol next to them.
In short words: i am really frustrated with the parts library. Does anyone know a way howto download a bunch of .psl , .psx, .cml ,.cmx files, place them into a library directory and ask DesignSpark to search them all for components ? I managed to 'find' one, but when i try to place them in the schematics, the glorious sytem says 'no component found' ... any idea, what i am doing wrong ? thansk & happy designing !
