For over a century, OSRAM has been a leading player in the lighting industry. In 2021 OSRAM was acquired by ams and the group was renamed ams-OSRAM. Following a transformation of the ams-OSRAM group, several OSRAM business units were put up for sale. The sale of the LED driver business to Inventronics is now complete.
The product ranges that have been sold to Inventronics are:
- LED Drivers / Electronic Control Gears for indoor & outdoor
- Light Engines & Modules for general illumination
- LED Flex & Signage products
- Lighting Control components and systems for general illumination
Inventronics will continue to brand the products OSRAM and maintain the same high quality so you should see no change.
