No "PLCs manager" tool in DesignSpark Electrical v1.2 2017 SP1 (Win64bit)

 Hi All,

I downloaded and installed DesignSpark Electrical (v1.2, 2017 SP1 Win64bit).

I've added PLC digital input card from symbol library to a schematic drawing, however I cannot edit it. When I right-click on PLC digital input card and try to choose "Edit PLC..." from context menu, I get an error message "Display PLCs manager" cannot be used with this edition of the application: DesignSpark Electrical".

What edition should I download so that this feature is available? Is it payable?
