Lots of articles/posts on the forums and one the turorials (e.g. https://www.rs-online.com/designspark/how-do-i-use-pcb-part-library-with-library-loader) refer to the DesignSpark Zendesk, which appears to be closed/dead as I just get an access denied error. There is only one post that comes up in the search for Zendesk on this forum so I assume I am doing something wrong?
Kind of stuck on step one with PCB design here as I can't even find the first component or update the library!
