Mis-alligned text and graphics.

Can anyone advice a way to tidy up the graphics so the text is correctly aligned within the graphical box? The page/position references (09-7) are automatically generated when I assign a component but as they are not aligned within the box and with the contact symbols it looks messy and un-professional.
