I have registered, logged into the community, but when I try to activate DS Mechanical I get a message box with "User could not be recognised".
I am running Windows 10 Pro and an HP laptop. I have ensured Windows is uptodate and restarted after install.
I have tried activating it with both my username and my email - it doesn't work.
No matter what I have tried I continue to get the same message.
Anyone have an idea
