I'm using Windows 10 (64-bit), Internet Explorer 11 (11.285.17134.0), and have installed (and verified) Java Version 8 Update 181.
When I click on the icon to import the 3D model directly to my design I get an error message pop-up asking me to ensure I have IE 11 and Java installed. I do, so what's the problem?
