Lockdown Lecture 2: "The Importance of User Research"

Friend of DesignSpark Jude Pullen introduces "The Importance of User Experience" in the second video of his new series of Lockdown Lectures.

Following Part 1 on Prototyping, Jude now explores how models can be used not only to 'test' users, but also to uncover insights. It might be that the model is simple enough that they suggest a better insight, or say something that provokes a change in direction - and that - could be the thing that takes your idea to the next level.

Designers are always looking for that 'breakthrough' moment, but it often happens in the field, not in the classroom/office.... so come prepared with some great skills and an ability to observe. And document as much as you can!
