I downloaded and installed DSPCB, but it doesn't start and returned the error message "LicenseSpring exception encounterd: Network operation timed out."
I checked the access to the Web site the installation guidance requests the right to connect.
While https://api.licensespring.com/ displays "Welcome to the LicenseSpring API v4.0.5", https://tools.designspark.com/designspark/api/tools/licenses displays "Oops! An Error Occurred. The server returned a "405 Method Not Allowed".
The latter seems to be the cause of trouble, but I have no idea about how I can repair or manage it. I'm thankful if someone gives me a solution or suggestion to my trouble.
