Is the old forum lost?

I found a like to a forum question that was asked about 2 weeks

It looks like DesignSpark changed to a zendesk forum. I cannot login to the old forum to add a comment.  I get redirected to the new rs-online site.  Very frustrating. I'd really like to get in touch with  JWadeHassler.
