I am trying to develop a small inexpensive circuit that can convert the I2C output from a basic web camera element and encode the signal into PAL for use elsewhere. I have been looking at chips such as the AD725 from Analog devices, but am not entirely convinced of their suitability. If anyone knows of a simple solution to achieve this need I would really like to understand more.
