I very often have a geometry error when loading rsdoc in DSM v6 (Right click on a solid -> Check Geometry).In version 5 there were still no geometry errors.  

基準の線から、角度を決めて線を引きたいが、基準としたい線からの角度が表示されない。 添付ファイルのように、外角を指定したいが、内角からしか指定できない。  

Hi all, is it possible to re-order the drawing sheets? I'm trying to drag sheet 13 up between sheets 4 and 5.

We bought an Upgrade to Premium DSM 5 from RS-Components. (export STEP-files) After updating to DSM 6, this upgrade does not work anymore. Any trial to contact any service leaded to no answer! Would be pleased for any hint how to go on now. - THANKs Mike

Ich hab' schon vielfach versucht, die Konturlinien etwas "dicker" auszudrucken, so dass sie deutlicher im Druckbild erkennbar sind. Alles was ich bisher versuchte, war ergebnislos. Weder über die Layer-Eigenschaften noch über globale Eigenschaften mit den Liniendicken konnte ich eine Änderung erzielen. Was mache ich falsch?

First I could not log on and then when i could i cannot load drawing sheets that have be made. Need help.

Been using both Desgin Spark PCB and Mechanical since version 1.0. Now I go to use both of them today and I can't even log in to send a complaint that my license can't connect to the backend server. I'm attempting to use the latest versions PCB 11.0 and Mechanical 6.0, both Explorer for now... I don't see how I be justinfied to put any money into a product that's completely broken with no way to contact support for resolution. To top it off I can't even get version PCB 10.0 to work so I can attempt a port of several old projects that are still alive to 11.0. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, trying to open DS mechanical, and I get a licensing backend connection error.   When might this issue be resolved?

I work with 3d scans of small to medium sized objects and need to edit them as solids to reverse engineer mounting points, clearances, etc. Using a high end scanner and software the mesh outputs are great quality and watertight. In v5 i could convert .obj to solids and while it was a little slow even on a very high spec PC it worked. Now V6 is out and i paid for the advanced versions to keep .obj import and covert to solid capabilities but it freezes the software everytime I try. Processor usage goes to 90% for 30 seconds and then drops to 10% with no recovery even if left for 1hr or more on a fairly simple object. 

Salve, qualcuno mi puo aiutare a capire perchè non riesco più ad accedere a designspark eletrical, inserendo e-mail e password mi da errore sconosciuto. Era un po di tempo che non lo utilizzavo ed è un bel programma mi trovavo benissimo. Grazie spero di ricevere qualche risposta.

Is creator the same to create/make  threads internal/external as on explorer, or does the subscription creator  enhance that?   I can't seem to find that before I make decision to  subscribe.

I would like to place a 3D view on my drawing sheet. The default isometric or trimetric views show the assembly from the wrong side, hiding all the detail. Is there a way to specify which direction the model is being viewed from in the view? What I want: What I get:

Really simple, i create text on a 3D object (annotation plane on a solid) and as soon as i click the "project" button Designspark freezes. After a few second the application crashes. I tried .OTF and .TTF fonts, both crash. I watched tutorials on youtube to ensure i did exactly the same as others, who succeeded in making 3D Text this way. I would import my text as vector or any other filetype but you guys decided to remove that option in November last year...  [System: Win10, i9 9900k, 9/32GB Ram used, 150GB Free on C: Drive where DSM Explorer resides]
