Error when opening DS PCB v11.0 .pcb files after installing DS PCB 11.0.1

I'm getting the following error when trying to open DS PCB 11.0 .pcb files after installing DS PCB 11.0.1

"Unable to read a file from Unknown into this application"

I'm still able to open older revision DS PCB .pcb files, just not .pcb files created with DC PCB 11.0.
