Which relay is recommended?

I'm looking for a relay that is a single pole double throw DC micro current relay(5v rated voltage) that can control the on and off the circuit through the current. Please help me find the right relay.

Just to clarify, are you looking for a 5v rated coil that operates at a low current and the contacts are then switching as normal another circuit?
What is the current and voltage being switched, i.e. the contact load and is this AC or DC?
You can use the RS product searcher

If the switching is infrequent and the relay stays in one state for a long time, you may find a latching relay may be more suitable. These normally require a higher current to switch but then remain in the switched state until driven again.
