The ECO is very useful for verifying the PCB and making changes, after I import a netlist from ORCAD.
I would like to choose which changes are made with “forward changes”.
For example, I do not want to delete group information from components.
DS PCB v7 did not check component groups and “forward changes” did not delete them.
Other possibilities:
Add the group information to the Orcad netlist
Prevent the ECO from checking the group information.
