DesignSpark PCB Activation - which port is needed?

Hi,

we run our education room in a restricted network area (normally without any internet connection).

I have a few question for activation:

1. Is it possible to activate the application without any internet access? How to?
2. If I required the internet access which port (and website) is needed to run the activation step successfully? I'm get already the 'authorization error', but the normal HTTP port is opened.
3. Last but not least: Is any release date communicated for the DesignSpark PCB Educational (and the contained new license system)?
