DesignSpark and ECAD Part Wizard

I required a component, TE Connectivity 215299-3. I looked for it using ECAD Part Wizard. It did not exist, but ECAD Part Wizard in conjunction with Samacsys can create the component symbols for the Schematic and PCB if they are properly defined. I tried this and not properly understanding how this process works, created and defective component. I reached out to Samacsys and they corrected the component, and Andrew Dobie also graciously explained where things went wrong for me. I believe I understand better, great support from Andrew. In any event, iI want to understand the pin numbering that I see inside DesignSpark, as I do not understand it. Looking at the Table below from inside DesignSpark, why do the four pin numbers differ for the second and third entries for either Sch Terminal Number of the other three headings. Whay are all the pin numbers not in sync. and is this explained somewhere? Can I read up on this?
