creation of tubing

Dear all,

I want to add some gas tubing in my CAO. I can do that easily when object are in the same plane (doing some line and converting them as tubes). But when devices are not in the same plane, I don't find an easy way to do that. Have you an idea?

in attachment an example. I can't do only 90 degrees angle
