I am using a QFN 48 pin package and the GND pin is th back of the package. So, I need to use "capped" or "platted" via under the package for ground connection and NOT the regular via based on what I know.
Anyone has any idea if these type of vias ("capped" or "platted" vias) are available in library? I am using PCB software version 7.1.
