So, this is a first on DesignSpark, we are interviewing ourselves. In the hot seat is Pete Wood, one of the architects behind our Air Quality and Activist Engineering programs.
As we near the end of the first full year since the launch of our Air Quality project and Activist Engineering activities, Pete has come along to provide a look back and update us on what has happened, plus what could be coming in the future.
It's fair to say that the Air Quality project has provided many memorable moments and some interesting designs and concepts. As we move forward there is more to come and we're sure this is only the start.
As Pete says Activist Engineering is about taking to the workshops and engineering change, so with this in mind DesignSpark has produced a whitepaper, KEEN TO BE GREEN: AN ENGINEER’S GUIDE TO SUSTAINABLE PRODUCT DESIGN. This is aimed at taking those first few steps toward sustainability within engineering. Download below.
