About ICE5AR4770BZS from Infineon

Hello everyone,

I am doing a project about smart home, Infineon's ICE5AR4770BZS-based auxiliary SMPS for 15W high-efficiency home appliances. My question is why no need to add additional mosfets if we use Integrated ICE5AR4770BZS with Infineon? This solution is quite simple confuse me.
