The printer cannot print the drawing sheet at 1:1 full size. Even if the scale is set to 1 at the time of printing, there is no change. I'm wondering if there is something wrong with the printer, but where can I look to find out why it is not printing at 1:1?

プリンタにて図面シートを1:1の原寸大で印刷できません。印刷時スケールを１に設定してても変化ありません。プリンタ側に影響があるような気もしますがどこを見れば1:1で印刷できない原因がわかりますか？
