I run a Home Assistant instance at my house that incorporates a MQTT server. It is always aware of most of the house's device statuses. I want to provide an alert to the occupants using Hue bulbs or Alexa speech of worsening conditions.
I will also use my local Grafana server to map air quality and device use so potential correlations can be seen.
If time allows, I will build small ESP32 powered devices that can be placed around the house providing ambient status of current air quality to allow intervention if it is worsening but has not yet reached alert levels.
