Digital temperature controller help please

I please need advice/ help selecting a Digital temperature controller for controling a heating element(220v AC) to between 200 to 210 deg C, 

Currently I am using a Digital temp controler that has a switch for it's output, so switching a relay to switch the element on or off as needed, 

I'm looking for a controler that has a voltage output to switch / activate a digital relay, most of which I have found need a 5v to 30v DC input, sureley there should be a way to do this without having to use a transformer and regulator to convert the 220v AC to 24v DC.

Any help/ advice would be greatly appreciated.
