Found this out the hard way - after completing a 12 hours print I found that the other components (that were deselected, or hidden) had been exported in the STL. In my print, the items weren't easy to see - they were solids i had used to cut out parts of the main model.
I've been through the save dialog box and buried in the menu: Click the options button in the save dialog and then file options, general, export options and untick export hidden components and geometry
This appears to be different to 6.0.3.
