Triple Click not working

I installed DS Mechanical on a second computer and the triple click function does not work. 

I create a simple 3d object and then triple click on one face. I expect it to select the entire object, but it only selects the face that was clicked. The options do not seem to have a setting for this.

Any help will be appreciated.  Using Win XP on a PC.
