DS Mechanical always want to save changes to a non-exisitng "construction 1"

Has anyone encountered this strange behaviour?

- Run DS Mechanical

- Do nothing and close the application again

- DS Mechanical asks you to save changes to "construction 1", but there is no construction 1.

Maybe this is caused by the "start page" with all the adds?

Is DS Mechanical at all actively maintained? My "latest" version seems to be of 2015 (2015.0.0.08021 64 bit).
