Hello, I have purchased the Exchange add-on module 8523012. I have received an email containing the download link and serial number, and have downloaded and unzipped the DSMUpgrade_1.0 .exe file, but whenever I run the .exe file,-"No DesignSpark Mechanical installation was found. The upgrade cannot continue" message will be displayed.
I confirm that I have used a valid DesignSpark Mechanical. I desperately need the extra features provided by the add-on, and hope to get your help as soon as possible. We would be very grateful.
