Feedback never works when you try to give it

In 3D Printing and design I was reading the articles on using plastic bottles for filament with 3D printers. I was going to add the feed back at the end of the article where you can give it a thumbs up or down, and answer the 2 questions posed. When I submit it it always says it was unable to send it and to try again later. Problem is that it has happened almost every time I have tried to submit feedback. Just thought I would let you know in case you are unaware.
