XML Config file

Greetings!

I'm looking for the location of the default configuration XML file (if there is one); not the XML that you create if you export user settings, but the one that sets defaults for the creation of new projects. Specifically, where I can permanently set my preferred font, fontsize, font measurement units, arrow styles and shapes for measurements and annotations.

Changing these manually can become tiresome and annoying.
