I've recently upgraded from V11 to V13.
In V13 help, it describes "Wire Links" and "Flying Wires", and would like to experiment with these.
The setup requires the creation of a layer type of usage type "Wire". In my "Design Technology, Layers" dialog, there is no selection available of usage type "Wire". What are the steps to create this layer in DSPCB13?
