why can't I go to save as, and save stl file like it used to

emoad52

When I started using DesignSpark Mech. I did a desigh and saved it in the program, then went to file, save as, clicked on the list with the drawing extentions, and choose STL and saved the drawing to my desktop. Then when I was ready to print, start cura and in the program go to file and choose what drawings I done and choose the file. The drawing then loads up, with the file name and sliced and copyed to the sd card for my printer.

Now in version 4, I have to go to export to cura and wait, then I have to rename the drawing so that it will print in gcode.

So why was this changed and why do i have to go through so many steps just to print one part. And when that was done printing, I could go to curas file and load the next drawing and print. Now I have to go through so much and its hard and not worth the effort and time.

I do like the program very much and it reminds me of Generic Cadd way back a few years but this is much better and easy to use. The 3D modeling is too much, nice and I can see the product I drew, before I print id and when I print, it is so smooth andlooks just like the drawing.

So please let me know the answer to my question and if there is a fix, please pass it on to me,
