We're dedicated to making your experience of the DesignSpark platform as great as possible, and to do that we need your help. We're putting together a team of user testers who we can share early concepts and prototypes with, so we can get early insight on how to improve. If you'd be interested in taking part, then please let us know in the form below and someone will be in touch with more details.
Testing, testing, 1, 2, 3!
We know you’re busy, but don’t worry, there are lots of ways that we can rapidly test ideas with you beyond the formal usability testing format which takes place in a lab over several hours. Other rapid methods that we want to explore include:
- Remote conference calls and screen sharing of ideas
- Small user surveys with a specific focus area
- Remote user interviews
- Sharing ideas and concept screenshots via emails or slack/instant messaging
We’re working on many different areas of the DesignSpark site, including layout and navigation, forums, creating and sharing projects and content, so there is a lot to explore.
As well as behind-the-scenes access to the DesignSpark platform and team, you’ll get an exclusive badge to display on your DesignSpark profile, and have your say on usability, design, and layout.
We’re looking for testers across a range of areas, including:
- Website usability
- Discussion forums
- Content creation
- DesignSpark PCB and/or PCB Parts Library
- DesignSpark Mechanical
- DesignSpark Electrical
Once you have registered your interest using the form below, we’ll get in touch via email with a survey link to gather some details and confirm your areas of interest.
