I have recently updated to Version 13 and to the engineer license. When I generate Gerbers (and it doesn't crash) I can see the plot previews and they look correct, but if I put the gerbers into a seperate gerber viewer the top and bottom layers are blank with only the silkscreen present and all the copper not shown. I have tried reverting to Version 12, and it is now doing the same thing which suggests its something to do with the engineer license change giving me more settings and I've missed something? - Inner layers seem OK though.

Any ideas?
