Upgrade to Annual Subscription without applying coupon "BLKFRI5"

I just upgraded my Creator subscription to annual payment but it didn't let me apply the Black Friday coupon "BLKFRI5". How can you correct this error and apply the 5% discount of this offer? thank you.
