Unable to update the subscription


Hallo, I had a Creator subscription that I paused something like a month ago, two days ago I tried to update the Explorer subscription to reactivate Creator features.

The subscription has been updated:

The fee has been correctly charged on my credit card, but DesignSpark on both my notebooks keeps running in Explorer mode... 

What's the problem?
