Unable to login with DesignSpark PCB V11

DesignSpark PCB V11 is not working every time I get an "Invalid credentials." dialog box and I cannot log in.

I can log in and use DesignSpark PCB V10 without any problem, so I think it's a server-side issue, but I'm not sure if this is happening to other users.

Also, is the username and password I need to enter correct for logging in to DesignSpark?
