Trying to create new project using DS 11. Where are all my old Track Styles etc?

When I try to create a new project using DS11, all the Technology File settings I was using with DS9 seem to have disappeared. That includes track styles, pad styles, colour settings for different layers etc.

I tried copying the technology files (.stf and .ptf) from C:\Users\<user name>\Documents\DesignSpark PCB 9.0\Technology into C:\Users\<user name>\Documents\DesignSpark PCB 11.0\Technology (replacing the original files) but that made no difference.

As I expected, this forced update to DS11 has created a whole load of extra work and headache. I just want to get things working as they were before.
