This design appears to have internal consistency errors.

Can someone please advise what to check as the DRC is displaying the following message:-

"This design appears to have internal consistency errors.

The design Signature is 2696 4 00040000 00000000 ."

I have ticked each check box in the DRC and unchecked all boxes but still get the same error .

Please can you provide clarity for this error.
