I have been trying for 24 hours to get someone to solve a problem for the second time. After pausing my 'Creator' license, I reactivated it a month later, and there is no way to activate it in the application (I am still on the 'Explorer' version). Additionally, there is no way for the support service to assist you 24 hours after making the payment. The last time, the problem was not fixed until support intervened. Something on your end is not activating the license automatically after payment. I am losing design time because of a system that is not well managed.
