Technology File did not load

Hi there,

I'm using DS v8.0..When I want to create new Schematic Design, my Technology File drop down list are blank. There's nothing to be selected. At other place also the drop down list are black if want to select for Technology File. Anyone know how to fix this?

When I download components from Library Loader also, the component cannot be installed and saved because it said "Client unable to add library item" since cannot select the Technology File.
