Synchronize  Schematic PCB and have and update components and nets from schematic to PCB

I am designing a PCB card and i have noticed that the previous guy working on it made a bit of mess. Today i want to synchronize Schematic with PCB. I have update all component in the Schematic version manually and id like to update directly the PCB without do it manually. Do you know how can i do it ?  Also, do you know how can i update the name of the net so i will have the same name in Schematic and PCB?.

To conclude i managed just to update the schematic from PCB in term of components and not vice versa

Someone can help ?
