STL export results in four separate identical files

Hi, when I export my STLs, I am now getting four apparently identical copies with enumerated filenames. EG if I export the STL as 'Box' I end up with 'Box', 'Box(2)', 'Box(3)' and 'Box(4)'. Is there a setting that's exporting these copies for whatever reason that I haven't found?
